Insurance Carrier Update
All patients are responsible for paying any co-pays, co-insurance or deductibles related to his/her/their health plans. You will need to contact the office with your payment information immediately before or immediately after each session you have with your provider(s) to be able to continue services with us.
If you do not know what your co-pay, co-insurance or deductible is, please contact your insurance carrier. Please bear in mind that these payments are your contractual obligation with your insurance carrier and us as a practice. We cannot continue to provide services to you if you do not make payments for the services.

Video Visits Available Now!

We're thrilled to be offering you secure video visits. While we love it when you visit us in the office, we understand that it's not always convenient to do so. Video visits allow you to receive the same quality care as you do in the clinic, without taking time off work or finding a sitter to see us.
Video visits are appropriate for many types of appointments, especially follow-up and minor urgent care. Feel free to request a video visit right here from the website. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Psychiatric
Services
This type of treatment involves a psychiatric evaluation and diagnosis of the mental health condition in order to assess the treatment plan needed.
​
Medication management involves ongoing assessments of the patient's progress, side effects, and need for modification of medication regimens which occur on a regular basis.
We have a board certified child and general psyciatrist as well as a Doctor Nurse Practice, Mental Health Nurse Practitioner available to provide these services.
Individual
Therapy
This type of treatment is used if an individual or family is in crisis or has special needs. This treatment is usually recommended for a patient with personality disorders, relationship dysfunction, or adjustment difficulties due to life stressors. Individual therapy may involve using behavioral, cognitive, supportive or dynamic therapies, and the length of treatment may differ depending on the treatment type recommended and the patient’s ability to develop insight and/or make behavioral changes.
Couples
Therapy
This type of treatment can be used along with individual therapy, if there are difficulties in a primary relationship. It can also be used if the identified patient’s psychiatric disorder is adversely affecting the relationship.
Family
Therapy
This type of treatment may also be used in conjunction with individual treatment or may be the only treatment recommended. Family therapy is used when the patient is experiencing difficulties functioning within the family, or when family members need assistance or training in learning to live with a patient who has a psychiatric disorder.
Medical Marijuana Certification
and Recertification
At Summit, we have a medical doctor available that is able to provide the certification needed to individuals who suffer from a qualifying medical condition.
Evaluations
We have clinicians available to perform various types of evaluations including Act 235 evaluations, Act 120 evaluations, SAP evaluations and disability evaluations.
Testing
We have clinicians available to perform psychological testing and assesments such as intelligence testing, personality testing, neuropsychological testing, aptitude, vocational and other testing .
